Before your first visit and prior to each visit you will need to update your personal medical history and information on your secure, HIPAA compliant patient portal named Sadio.

You have your own secure login to the Sadio portal that was sent to your email address that you gave to the practice. Sadio is important not only to update your information, but to obtain biopsy results. If you need instructions sent again, please send an email to [email protected].

What To Expect

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It will also help alleviate any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling prior to your first appointment. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this Web site. Make sure to review the history of any symptoms before you go. Almost any doctor will want to know how long the problem has been present. Recall how the problem first started and bring the names of all providers previously  seen for you skin conditions. Gather all topical over the counter and prescription creams, lotions, cleansers, shampoos and/or pills.
