We know you have many choices when choosing an dermatologist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple and convenient process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

We are participating providers with Medicare and most traditional insurance plans. Please, contact our office to verify acceptance of your insurance. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We will be happy to file insurance to those insurance carriers that we are contracted with.

Payment Options

We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express as form of payments. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
